Hailey Kim
Hello, my name is Hailey Kim, a junior at Lexington High School.
As a high school student balancing academics, extracurriculars and daily responsibilities, I experienced firsthand the struggle of relying on caffeine to get through long days. This naturally made me reach for caffeine, however I soon realized that excessive caffeine wasn't helping, rather harming my focus, sleep, and overall health.
Determined to make a change, I founded AceCaffeineJourney to raise awareness about caffeine's impact on teens. My goal is to inspire others to adopt healthier habits, empower them with knowledge, and create a supportive community for those looking to reduce their caffeine consumption. Together, we can take small steps toward big health improvements.
